My Contribution:
- Planned the research, took full charge of archival data analysis, contributed to the survey questionnaire, and clarified pain points and user needs through persona and journey map.
- Organized the brainstorming session, advocated for concept testing before moving to the design stage, and created storyboards for concept testing.
- Converted insights into wireframes, conducted usability studies, iterated based on user feedback, built hifi prototypes, and established a design system.
